I want to print out my application forms in pdf on the Web application
system, but I am unable to do so. How can I print out the pdf?

After you pay the examination fee on the Web application system, you will
receive an e-mail acknowledging the payment. The e-mail also shows the URL
for a page where you can review your application forms and print out the pdf.
